Did you know students who experience out-of-school STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) related programs often develop more interest in these fields? Several library locations offer computer programming and robotics programs. At Stonecrest, Librarian Amanda L. schedules coding and robotics each month during the school year and weekly in the summer, thanks for funding from the Foundation. Regular participant Caleb M. attends as often as he can. "I hope to become a computer programmer one day and coming to the library helps me practice my coding skills."
