Join Meridy Hurt, certified Laughter Yoga leader, as she teaches techniques that will help reduce stress, improve oxygenation to the brain and curtail anxiety and depression.  No previous experience or special equipment required. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel or yoga mat and your spirit of curiosity and play.
