Laughter for Wellness

Join laughter yoga leader Meridy Hurt for an hour of guided laughter exercises interspersed with conscious breathing.  No previous experience or special attire required. Wear comfortable clothing, be well hydrated and bring a towel or yoga mat for floor relaxation. You will leave with a marked increase in your sense of wellbeing and a generalized physical sensation of relaxation with an accompanying emotional sense of release and joy. 

Open to first 25 participants.
