Laughter yoga is a program that enables a person to laugh for 15 to 20 minutes with short breaks of yogic breathing.  Reduce stress instantly and feel the benefits your first session. No strenuous exercises. No special equipment or special clothing required. Join us for this fun afternoon and let's laugh out loud for good health!
